Refund and Returns Policy

At SARAH NOVA LLC, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please review our policy below.

Return Window

You may return most items within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange, provided the item is in its original, unused, and resalable condition (including original packaging and tags).

Non-Returnable Items

Due to hygiene and safety reasons, the following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used pet food, treats, or supplements
  • Opened grooming products, shampoos, or health items
  • Personalized or custom-engraved items
  • Worn or used apparel/harnesses
  • Any item marked as “Final Sale” or “Non-Returnable”

How to Initiate a Return

  1. Contact our customer service at info@sarahnovallc.com within 30 days of delivery, including your order number and reason for return.
  2. We will provide return instructions and a return authorization (if required).
  3. Ship the item back to our returns address (provided in the authorization email). Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the item is defective or we made an error.

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process a refund to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
  • If the item is defective or damaged upon arrival, we will cover return shipping and issue a full refund or replacement.

Exchanges

We happily offer exchanges for size, color, or style issues (subject to availability).

Damaged or Defective Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. Contact us immediately (within 48 hours) with photos if the item arrives damaged. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no extra cost.
