SARAH NOVA LLC ships pet supplies to addresses in the United States (including Alaska and Hawaii). We currently do not ship internationally.
Processing Time
Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (promotions will be clearly displayed at checkout).

Shipping Address
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We are not responsible for packages shipped to incorrect addresses provided by the customer. If you need to change your address after ordering, contact us as soon as possible.
